NCC Concludes its 14th Session

POSTED : 29 Aug 2022

The 14th Quadrennial Session of the North Caribbean Conference (NCC) under the theme 'Empowered for Mission, Inspired by Hope' was held from 17-19 August 2022 at the Central Church in St.Croix, USVI. Re-elected to serve were Pastor Desmond James as President, Wilmoth James as Secretary and Sanida McKenzie as Treasurer.

This was the second Conference Session for CARU administrators charged with constitutional oversight of the various sub-entity sessions. The East Caribbean Conference's Session was held the week before from August 8-10,2022.

In keeping with the print reduction trend of modern sessions, delegates were provided with reports in digital format. Still, the NCC led the path with a full Session Newsletter, entitled the Daily Summary which provided daily reviews, first edition editorial and daily feedback surveys. it was indeed a challenging undertaking for the writer, photographer and designer team. According to Pastor Royston Philbert, outgoing NCC Communication Director the feedback to this initiative has been 'overwhelmingly positive and 'demonstrates that strong clear branding can improve church communication efforts.  The North Caribbean Conference’s website provides other officers elected to serve.

The North Caribbean Conference provides administrative direction and oversight of the Adventist work in Anguilla, the BVI, Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Maarten and the USVI.. May God Continue to bless the work in this part of the world.
